I am surprisingly NOT sore from yesterday. A little tight in my hip flexors and adductors, and that L hip bone is giving me grief, but otherwise nuthin'. Guess this means I need to push it a little harder.
Just a little run today since the gym is closed:
4.5 miles/41 mins. I thought I was on my way to starbucks nirvana, but the store that was supposed to be open today was closed at 730 am. Oh well....
