Default swimmers and shoulders

Q - actually the problem relates to some upper back muscles that need to be strengthened to counter the ever increasing front and chest muscles. I went out of commission for swimming and sleeping (side sleeper) for several months. Any good trainer can advise. Most of us use bands or pretty light weights for countering.
