I use different affirmations, like "every day I find exciting ways to better health" or "every day I feel better and better about my business" or "every daY I get better and better at pull ups", whatever comes to mind. As long as it's positive it gets me out of the state.
recently, I've been focused on things I am grateful for, if I start my day thinking about a few things I am grateful for that puts me in a positive state.
