BBB and Cardio question...
I will be starting with BBB the first week of January my goals are to lose fat while maintaining my strength and size I am currently at around 18%BF caliper tested. My question is I usually do a 3 day a week program (TBT at the moment) and HIIT cardio at the end of the workout.
With BBB its 4 days a week should I do HIIT at the end of each session 4 times a week? I will be doing 20 minutes 20 second sprints 40 second rests for the 20 minutes. Is this too much?
