Going to run this one for just the 3 weeks, then many WB or something along those times to switch it up.
After doing an upper/lower split for a while now, fullbody is killer, but good.
Whats everyone else doing?

I just started the TTT also because it was labeled in the beginners section and it is the one I haven't done so I thought I would get it out of the way.
The first day of 3 reps is what I am used to so it is going well
Day 3 of 24 reps is kick ass, feel the burn and keep going. 24 bodyweight dips is something i have never done before since i am usually doing 3-12 reps with added weight. This is definately the hardest day mentally for me because the pain is there, but i love it in a masochistic sort of way.
The funnest day is definately day 5, the speed and explosive training where you go lighter weight but explode through the movement. Its fun to move submaximal weight at fast as you can, but in control. This is the first time I've ever done box squats and it gets a big thumbs up for me.
I'm also doing this for 3 weeks before taking a week off and heading into strength focused mesocycle. Once I go through all of Chad's programs then i am going to venture into the Total Strength program at the back of the book.
Great new forum by the way, I will be a regular. Thanks JP and Chad!!!
