What is everyone doing?
After reading the book,
Im going Total Tripple Training for the next bit. Its labled a 'beginners' program, I fall in that category. But I wont lie when I say its kicking my ass (in a good way). 24 Rep anything is pretty much the death of me.
Going to run this one for just the 3 weeks, then many WB or something along those times to switch it up.
After doing an upper/lower split for a while now, fullbody is killer, but good.
Whats everyone else doing?
