Lucky me, I am currently NOT deployable; there isn't a huge cry for dermatologists in Baghdad (yet) although there is an army dermatologist stationed there now. Scary.
I anticipate sand in my cammies at some point before I can sign the dotted line to get out. So what's this AF temp thing?

The AF temp thing is just a combined name. the temp is actually short for temperance, which was a name i was given as a screen name back in college when I was involved with some online stuff. When i was coming up with a screen name I thought 'temp' by itself would be dumb, so I added AF. Creative right?
And yup, to answer that other question: I'm at wright-patt, have been for almost 4 years now. I'm separating in the spring though. Kind of dislike the whole developmental engineering thing. a lot. I spent a few years trying to cross-train, assignment team wouldn't budge, so I'm going to separate and get a civilian version of the job (I was trying to go OSI, as it is it looks like I may end up being a reservist agent). I'm still job hunting though...nothing like the insanely long hiring process for some federal law enforcement jobs.
Where are you stationed, Tina?
