I'm finally and completely retired from basketball.
Rockclimbing won't work out for a while. Our gym won't be finished for a couple of years and I'm not driving 100 miles r/t to the Austin gym.
Still would like to take Judo from this guy we have here but his classes overlap mine. Looks like my class may not make next semester but, by the time I find out for sure, he's full!
I have no interest in tri's because, for the same reason I'm not hooping, I'm not running! Would like to be able to walk when I'm 90!

Plus, I don't even own a bike.
That leaves me with swimming. Since my lumbar region has been giving me hell recently, this has been a good thing! At least I can still swim. A new local group just started (most tri-folks but a few of us interested in Masters) and IT'S FREE!!!

That's all I needed to hear! Three coaches are volunteering their time to do this and we can get into the pool for free so that's a sweet deal!
