To everyone else, here's my unsolicited testimonial. I've bought a few items from JB in the past and they were very useful and top notch. Those who met him in LR a few years back know that he is as knowledgeable as he is nice. And the products above are worth it even if you only got Gourmet Nutrition, written by Berardi and our own Johnka. I can't tell you how useful that book has been when I wanted to eat cleanly (but eat tasty foods). If you are on the fence about buying any of his nutrition products, don't hesitate: you won't regret the purchase. |
