I keep wanting to see those three month BFL changes. . . gotta get that out of my head, or I'll get discouraged. But, I AM getting really good at handling the two-steps-forward, one-step-back progress with weight training and diet.
I should tell myself that's how I become a black belt several times over. Just keep showing up . . . that's what I tell my students. Gotta take my own advice to heart.
