They key for me was initially to stick with it then as the results started to appear the motivational hunger was satisfied. It was kind of one thing leading to another. Making it a habit (the workouts and the eventually the diet) was the toughest part for me.
BFL was a plan for me, something solid that I had that I could follow. On paper, no questions, it was a plan all laid out for me.
edit: I misread and didn't realise that you have already been working for quite some time.
