Tony, for sure, i felt really worn out every time i finished the workouts. I guess it was because of the High Point. Other programs i've tried haven't really made me worn out like this. It's surely taking me quite a while to recover as well. But i'm also wondering about the diet. Bill Phillips says that the trainee shouldn't eat until an hour after the workout, & there's also no pre-workout meal.. well, there is, 2-3 hours before a workout.. but it's not a pre workout meal; it's just a regular meal of Carbs+Prot.

Did u follow the program 100% in the diet & the training for straight 3 months, Tony? Did u also get the body like the Before-After picture in the book?

Sorry for asking too much. But i'm just interested in hearing from someone who has more experience than i do.
