For Silva to crack Hughes in the face with a knee would be the equivalent of the knees he was landing early on franklin's mid-section. Why can't these guys live in their own realistic weight classes? BTW, can you imagine what would happen if that fight woere to hapen and Hughes get the beat down? They would find Dana White in a catatonic state, rocking back an forth in his shower or something. The only thing left would be to feed Sylvia to Fedor.....
Totally agree with this statement. All Hughes has is his LnP style and his conditioning. I don't think those would be enough to handle Silva who really is an all-around fighter. Silva's biggest weakness is his ground game but he's not bad there either.

I don't think anyone at 185 lbs or less in the UFC would have a decent chance of beating Silva.

It just occured to me there are too many fighters with the similar name of Silva and Sylvia. The three of them should get in the ring and the last one standing gets to keep their name. The other two have to switch to "Smith" and "Johnson".
