I make sugar-free fat-free jello according to package directions, and stir in 1 cup of pureed fat-free cottage cheese. Then I put it into serving cups and chill for a few hours. It's actually really good! It's a great snack before bed, because it's low in calories, high in protein, and settles my sweet tooth. My favorite flavors are lime and raspberry.
I normally puree the cottage cheese in my food processor, as it is smoothest that way.
