I wanna know what the heck non competitive sport is! Its no wonder we are crap at the Olympics in this country!
Minors are not allowed Scrums in Rugby! Its the very essence of the game, when they start playing now its non-contact!
Why not wrap them all in cotton wool and be done with it!!!!!
I think its stupid and all done for fear of a law suit!
