yeah its weird. i think its because when you catch a jerk you kind of catch it behind your head, as oposed to when you push up a military press you keep it in front. I tried a wider grip on the jerks and it seemed to help, the pain is almost completley gone now. I also noticed when i rolled a tennisball against my rotator cuffs that there were quite a few knots there.
