Grab two figs, possibly large and firm.
Split them in halves.
Scoop 1/2 of the insides, mash with a fork. Mix the insides with two tbps cream cheese and dash of Stevia and vanilla. Fill the figs with the mixture and serve chilled. It's the type of thing that people are impressed with and yet it takes a second to make.

I am sure you could add dried fruit, nuts and berries to the mixture but I love the plain version.
