I don't think it really matters. BUT I thought I did remember reading somewhere on T-nation that Staley thinks that 60-70 reps would be at the high end of the spectrum.

The cool thing about EDT is that you can use heavier weights, but use lower rep schemes/goals.

Give it a try and see what happens. I need to get back into some serious lifting, and after I give WS4SB a run I'm kinda looking at EDT.
