Thanks Dave, The EDT program is tough on the body but easy on the brain. I don't like getting into the gym and having to count my rest periods to the second, lifting tempo and everything else many of the programs require. The nice thing with EDT is you just set your watch for 15 minutes and then it's just lifting. As a side benefit I don't seem to get the degree of DOMS that I got with other workouts.
