Gobbla if anyone in my office did any exercise I would give them credit. The most exercise I ever see or hear about is the daily receptionist dash for the time clock. As an update I am on week 3 of the EDT training and I am really impressed with the workouts. After 8 weeks I will post a more in depth account of my expierence.
PA thanks for the support I am using a program off the Nike Running web site and they have more distance increases as well as speed work planned for the next several weeks trying to get me down to a sub 30 minute 5K time for a race on Thanksgiving Day.
