thanks man. As for todays workout, i think jumped the gun a bit and started too high.

First time hitting failure on deads. Made me feel sick to my stomach so i called it a day and jsut spent a good amount of time finishing my workout with core work. Takin the weekend off. Need to clear my head before thsi next heavy week.
