After reading this a few weeks ago I went ahead and bought (I hadn't had red meat in along time - hormones etc.) free/range grass fed NY Steaks at Trader Joes (I don't remember what I paid) as well as some "New Zealand" Organic Ribeye steaks from Whole Foods. I actually *like* the gamier texture of organic beef, most people abhor steak that isn't marbled but in my opinion the texture of fat isn't what I look for in a girl, or in my beef.
No I'm not rich, and this was a few weeks ago that I had beef, but I would absolutely recommend to everyone to try out Organic/Free Range beef. I have yet to try out any other cuts, JP what cut do you recommend/how do you cook it?
