We decided to go today early in the most random of fashion. Unfortunately after my deads i was too spent to do anything else but i did manage to increase my 10 rep dead by 90 lbs in 3 weeks!

at this point i couldnt do anything else atfer the deads but i was very happy with my lifts. Up one pound to 173 today. My deadlift progress is begining to scare me. Fresh off my SC joint injury 10 weeks ago i was repping 225x5...and today 365x10 on my 4rth set. This is it for 10 rep week. My next workout will be 5x5, kevin still has one more in the ten rep i beleive. The best part was not the weight or the amount of reps we lifted today. But having everyong at the gym stop what they are doing to watch 2 kids who weigh a buck 50 and 70 playing with such weight.
