I went 186 to 165.25 once. It sucked. A lot. More than words can even begin to express. I bombed out, too.

The heavier you are, the easier it gets. 25 pounds for a 308 is a walk in the park. It's hell for a 165. Anything over 10% of body weight is pretty dangerous.

I know of one guy who has gone from 195-200 down to 165 with a 48-hour weigh-in. He is nucking futs.

Body fat has very little to do with short-term manipulation. It's all about gastric emptying and, more importantly, water weight.
