Thanks guys...I think it is all around tightness in my body.

If I do leg swings to the side...sure I can swing my legs, but only if my big toe is pointing up, not effective in roundhouse or sidekicks. When I do it toe pointing the same way my body is facing, I can get maybe halfway up to to my hip..so that makes me believe it is the adductors that need stretching as well as the rest of my leg muscles.


I am currently doing stretches everyday, then I have included in my lifting routine..and please no flaming, i know it is not free weights, but it just easy to use, I use the MULTI POSITION HIP MACHINE. (maybe there is a support group for me out there..LOL)
