One more week whats the head count JP? By the way I can't work-out too hard. I just had Chemo this week and my right shoulder for some reason is in excrutiating pain especially in the evening. And I have to do a boxing session with a client on tues. because I promised her. She help me out during my cancer a lot so I owe her.
I know I'll be in (shoulder) pain all week after the boxing session.
