I can't wait to lift with Eric. I have only worked with 1 trainer, and that was over a year ago. I have not had anyone qualified checking the form on my lifts since then. It should be interesting to see what he has to say. I will try to post an update later tonight.
The bulgarians were painful, but I got through them. Unfortunately I did not do any mobility warmup. I got stuck at work late and just wanted to get done with my workout and get home before it got too late.
Enjoy the 8-reps while they last, you will have earned it. Moving on to Fat Loss III puts you right back into the high rep ranges.
