forgot to mention....the best time to workout for me is first thing in the morning. If I don't make myself and my workouts the top most important priorrity of my day, then guess what....frequently doesn't happen. Too many time stealers and time wasters in my life. I get up and go to the gym when it opens at 5AM. Done by 6AM and the rest of the day I feel great.
If for some reason I skip the morning and think "I'll stop by the gym this evening"...that's just a pipe dream. Never happened yet. So I have learned my lesson. Me first, first thing in the morning.
