Fat Loss II with modifications for dumbbells (no bars available and dbs only up to 50lb pair)

Personal Highlights:

--Bulgarian Split Squat w/ Dumbbell Press went from "Can't even do 1" to doing the reps with decent form on the very last workout.

--Romanian Deadlift w/ Row started at 2x20 and finished with 2x35. I'm very happy with how quickly that move came along for me.

--I figured out a way to hold DBs for "front squats" that made sense, but had to abandon it when the weights became too bulky to balance in that position. I'm still happy with my squat progress.

--T-pushups. Love 'em. Yes, really.

--In the past couple weeks I've been able to up my Pull weights much faster than I expected, even taking into account the rep drops in the last weeks. Guess those Deads are paying off.
