Okay, so here's the deal. I did my Monday workout yesterday due to the rain - which was as follows:

Warm Up: 6x50 (evens swim, odds kick)
Set: 3x600 (1 is RPE 3, 2 is RPE 9 for the first 100, RPE 5 for the rest, 3 is RPE3)
Cool Down: 200 easy

Now the best part. I was swimming next to this amazingly hot chick, and she was just hauling ass. So I talked to her - and it hit me about 5 minutes in who it was.......Heather Gottnick!!! For those of you who don't know her - www.heathergollnick.com Anyway, she's coming to our open water swim on Wednesday night. I'm so stoked, she's just awesome. I'm so stoked to swim with someone of her caliber.

So all that aside, today's workout was tough. 2 1/2 hours on the bike (43 miles - not that great...) followed by a 20 minute "recovery" run. I don't know why they call it a recovery run, it usually just kicks my ass even worse. Oh well, it was great.

I'm really struggling with lethargy lately. All the time too. I slept for 11 hours last night, and it still took me about 2 hours to really get any energy to do anything! I'm trying to up my calories, see if that works. I hope I'm not over training myself. Either way, I'll keep at it. Why? Because I'm special.
