I make my tuna salad with a can of tuna, non-fat plain yogourt, 1tbsp EVOO and a couple of handfuls of chopped spinach which I throw in the frying pan to diminish the size of it.

Throw it all together and I think it's an awesome combination. For me, at least. I can't get enough of it.
