I had a brutal day today, but it was much better than last Sunday. I had a run, bike, run brick today as follows:
25 minute run
2 hour ride
25 minute run
I was experimenting with new nutrition - using a wicked strong Hammer HEED drink, and a Hammer Gel 1 hour into the bike - and I was strong the whole time. Only at the end of the run was I tired and I think that was mental. Seeing my apartment just made me want to fall on the couch. It was a great day, and I'm sore now. Oh well.
