So the afternoon session was great. I was wiped out after work, but I popped a few jelly beans and a shot of Gatorade, and I was rolling.
I did a 30 minute easy swim, and swam 1950m - it's still a bit slower than I want for the Half, but I wasn't going too hard today and I didn't have my wetsuit on - so I think I'm going to be alright there.
Hopped out of the pool, changed in my car, and off for a 45 mintue bike ride. I rode the Steamboat Tri course, and averaged 19.6 mph, which again, I'm happy with, but will definitely improve come race day (although if you give me 20 mph in my Half, I'd be thrilled).
Off to rest up for tomorrow's open water swim...
