Had a long swim yesterday, as I mentioned.
WU: 200 swim, 200 kick, 200 pull, 200 swim
Set: 2000 ladder (300, 275, 250, 225....50, 25)
Cool Down: 4x50
Felt better in the pool yesterday than the last few weeks, hopefully I'm getting it back in that sense.
I woke up this morning for a quick 30 minute run, and have a swim, bike brick planned for this afternoon. Fun stuff!
