Had a long swim yesterday, and a long swim planned for the day. May I first say that I'm sick and freaking tired of the pool.
Yesterday's swim was as follows:
WU: 200 swim, 150 kick, 150 pull
Set: 2x900 RPE 4
Cool Down: 4x50 (each slower than the last)
I'm hitting the pool up again after work, and yeah. I just don't have the desire to swim much right now. I'm sure it'll come back to me. Soon I hope!
