LOOOOOOONNNGGG Brick today. I'm wasted right now, tired that is.

25 minute swim, at RPE 4. Easy enough, did 1700m at a pretty easy clip. I set up my transition area in the back of my car, and just parked at the gym and went from there. So ran out of the gym with all my crap in my hands (looked incredibly ridiculuous I'm sure) and transitioned.

1h 56min bike. Supposed to be 2 hours, but I was close enough. I rode out a flat course for a bit, climbed about halfway up Rabbit Ear's Pass, and rode flats again for another 40 minutes. Transitioned in my car...

30 minute run. I was beat by this point, as I didn't have any gels and didn't feel like stopping my training to get some. It's good I guess, because I know I can go for a bit on empty. It was hot, and I was hungry, so it's probably good to throw some adverse conditions into my training. Won't happen again though.

I got home and had some pasta, chicken, and tons of water, and I'm going to take a nap now. I'm trying to figure out how to swing (financially) a new set of aero bars and a roof rack for my bike. Stupid money! Anyway, have a great Sat. night!
