question/fyi about roller blading
hey everyone, not really on the boards any more but thought this was interesting, shocked me atleast. just looking to see if someone can confirm this or if its just me.
just got back from cali, after some surfing (or some attempts) i decided to start in-line skating again recreationally, and i did about half an hour 2 days in a row just skating in circles and maybe jumping around a bit and DAMN were my ABS and HAMSTRINGS (near the innerparts) SORE. Its been 2 days since, and STILL SORE. Must have been a remarkable workout. Does anyone see any merit to this, or could it be something else like the surfing or drums or i dont even know? I havent been lifting at all, and when i do sporadically (once this week) i didnt even do deads or ab work.
thinking of incorporating this as part of my workout (its decent cardio too), so thought id throw it out there for anyone looking to change things up/try something new.
