So I'm a bit sporatic in my posting because our internet has been down for a while. So I post when I can at work. Short and sweet.
I had a quick swim workout yesterday.
5x200 (50 Easy, 50 Build, 50 Easy, 50 Hard)
150 easy cool down
I have a 30 minute run and 30 minute spin on the bike today. I'm working for a bit, and then I'll hit the road. I just got my email outlining the Tri this weekend, I'm so freaking pumped up! It's almost here!!!!!
