Any good program will do you good. What workouts have you liked in the past?
I got the idea that you like to eat more... But, when you say you want to workout more, do you mean more than once per day or more days per week?
For more days, take a good, solid program, and incorporate HIIT and GPP on the in-between days. Maybe use some of Waterbury's "Booster Shots" for added work, too.
If you're looking for multiple day workouts, Waterbury's High Frequency stuff might do the trick.

well i was thinking on eating around 1.5-2 grams of protein per bw, and round up my cals by fat and carbs, i think ill start off with 3500 cals. i meant i would like to workout more days per week, i really liked the HSS-100 by CT, also i liked ABBH by CW. but i think chads work is more cut out for this since ABBH incorporates heavy work along with light work, and on rest days i might do HIIT one day and GPP the other, does that sound good?? also i was thinking of getting precision nutrition to help me sort out my diet, good idea or should i save my money?
