G-flux...a little help?!
i read JB's g-flux and i really liked the idea of working out a lot and eating even more :p yet i still cant seem to understand what weight lifting program to incorporate, i dont have a really fast metabolism so i guess ill do a couple of HIIT and GPP each, how do i go on figuring out how much to eat? and what weight lifting program to use? and how do i split the macronutrient ratios? thanks a bunch guys...oh yea! forgot to tell you guys, if i still cant get the hang of it i might think of purchasing "precision nutrition". btw my goal is to gain mass and strength while staying relatively lean
