Just finished FL 1
--Toughest exercises for me were the Swiss Ball Lateral Rolls and the Dynamic Lunges. I never was able to step up the Lunges to Lunge with Twist for more than three reps.
--Bulgarians were tough initially, but I eventually figured them out. Lateral Rolls . . .OUCH . . . I never was able to complete all the reps, with 29 being my best effort over three sets.
--Romanians (What IS it with Eastern Europe anyway??) my range of motion wasn't great to begin with, but I saw steady improvement in both weight and range of motion.
--Metabolic Overdrive (4 intervals on lifting days) leaves me SERIOUSLY hopped up.
