I'd go with 3 workouts a week as stated under external lifter. Ignore the 6 times thats under the fat loss 1 section and adjust it for the 6 weeks like said under the description of the lifter. That should make 9 of each workout.
That would be my take. I didn't think the 6 weeks was a typo as they have the same for fat loss 3 and then 8 weeks for hypertrophy. I think it was just over looked when writting description for fat loss 1.
