Default Feedback and a question

Eternal Beginner

Completed break-in last week. I enjoyed the workouts and found them really tapping my endurance. 30 minute workouts rule! I even saw some fat dropped. Completed 5 of each workout in 4 weeks.

Just starting FL-1 thoughts after the first week; workout B is alot harder, and my back is sore! Im exhausted after each session.

Question: In the eternal beginner program, it calls for FL-1 to be done 3 workouts per week for 6 weeks. Now on the FL-1 header it says to "do each of the two workouts 6 times.

wk4b-a-b
So is it 6 of each workouts 3 per week(which would last 4 weeks) or (pg193) is 3 workouts per week a typo, and the eternal beginner program should of read 2 workouts per week for 6 weeks??? The latter would have made sense.

Stumped! and loving it.
