NROL and boxing
First let start out by saying this is truely the best program/book on weight lifting I have come across period. Hats off to Lou and Alwyn.
I am starting boxing and also need to pack on some substantial mass. Any suggestion how I can do both if I am boxing 3 days a week. I have tried lifting weights 2 days a week before but my body does not seem to respond well. I got the best results working out 3-4 times on the Hypertrophy I.
