Lou, no matter what, I can't seem to execute one-arm db t-pushup as the first set of photos for on page 187 indicate:
1. Start position - left hand flat on ground, right hand gripping dumbbell
2. Extend both arms
3. Rotate body till RH with DB in air...but...
in photo 3, a dumbbell magically appears in the left hand.
Man, I've been trying, and trying and I just can't get that DB to appear!! Is it a nutrition thing?
