A couple of tsp of the worst guac is fine. It's still going to be mostly avacado. The worst guac I ever had mayo and some sugar in it (thanks, Mother In Law). But, if it's still green, then the percentage of avacado is high. How much mayo and sugar did I actually eat? Not much.

The tortilla's worse for you than the the worst guacamole, anyway.
I live in North Carolina, not exactly the mexican food capitol of the world.

The extent of my expertise in mexican food is: Taco Bell=bad, everywhere else=good.
