Two reasons to watch out for guac, otherwise...

1. You can eat too much of a good thing, even with healthy fats. 1 avacodo is around 300 calories.

2. Whatcha going to eat that guac with? Chips?
Probably in a fajita. Maybe I'll go with just a teaspoon or two. As long as I go with no sour cream or cheese, I should be good.
I think this is an authentic mexican place, but there's no way to know. Plus we're going out with some new friends of ours and I don't want to start out with, "Can you tell me what in in your guacamole?"
