I suppose its going to depend on how its made. In my food priciples class in college we made guacamole from scratch it just had avocados, onion, green pepper, black pepper, salt (not a lot), chile pepper and lime juice. I would think that would be ok. I don't know about the bag mix stuff but im sure it has preservatives and probably high fructose corn syrup (its in nearly everything).
