Stationary Bike
25 minutes total
5 minute warm-up
6 intervals, 1 minute (bike setting '10') with 2 minute recovery (setting '3')
4 minute cool-down

Good workout. Was supposed to swim this morning, but couldn't drag my butt out of bed at 4:40AM.
