My arm feels significantly better now. Still not 100 percent, but getting there. Hope to get back in the gym soon, because, dang, I feel FAT.
I also had the fit of my bike checked at the bike shop and they moved some things around.
After a few shakedown rides, my back still feels strange on the bike; BUT I've no longer got neck, shoulder and back tightness for the first two miles of my morning runs.
So that's really encouraging!
